How I Setup Microphones For Videos

I thought I would share how I mic up vocals, how I place the mic on my electric guitar, and how I mic up the acoustic guitar. This stems from the fact that someone thought I mic my acoustic up at 2.5 feet, which I don't. So hopefully this clears up any confusion about my microphone placement.
